Have a browse round my site and add whatever takes your fancy to the shopping basket. Once you have decided on your purchases proceed to checkout and follow the online instructions. Happy shopping !

Payment

Payment can be made via your paypal account or with any credit or debit card.   The checkout is powered by pay-pal so you can be sure it is secure!   I never see any of the details you enter at checkout except your name and address and the goodies you have purchased.

Postage and Packaging

All our items are priced individually for postage and packaging and are sent 2nd class post. Should you require your items to be sent by 1st class post please contact us and we will inform you of the delivery charges. We feel it only fair to provide this service to keep costings low for our customers.  Orders over £50.00 will be sent by recorded delivery and over £100.00 by special delivery at no extra cost.

Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch your items within 2 business working days on receipt of payment.  Items are either wrapped in tissue paper or in a clear bag, then placed into a tamper and waterproof bag to  ensure items arrive in the best possible condition.At present I have not set up my webstore to accept delivery internationally, however should you wish to purchase items or place an order with me please contact me and will will cost the price of p&p accordingly. sacha@trulyscrumptioussussex.co.uk

Refund and Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you believe your item to be faulty or not as described and we shall endeavour to sort things out to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
